PRESIDENTIAL DECREE NO. 1752, AS AMENDED

AMENDING THE ACT CREATING THE HOME DEVELOPMENT MUTUAL FUND
(As amended by Executive Order No. 35 and Republic Act No. 7742)

WHEREAS, the Government, in pursuit of the constitutional mandates on the promotion of public welfare through ample social services, as well as its humanist commitment to the interest of the working groups, in relation particularly to their need for decent shelter, has established the Home Development Mutual Fund under Presidential Decree No. 1530, a system of employee-employer contributions for housing purposes; and

REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7323

AN ACT TO HELP POOR BUT DESERVING STUDENTS PURSUE THEIR EDUCATION BY ENCOURAGING THEIR EMPLOYMENT DURING SUMMER AND/OR CHRISTMAS VACATIONS, THROUGH INCENTIVES GRANTED TO EMPLOYERS, ALLOWING THEM TO PAY ONLY SIXTY PER CENTUM OF THEIR SALARIES OR WAGES AND THE FORTY PER CENTUM THROUGH EDUCATION VOUCHERS TO BE PAID BY THE GOVERNMENT, PROHIBITING AND PENALIZING THE FILING OF FRAUDULENT OR FICTITIOUS CLAIMS, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
